Interesting Austrian Hussar Trooper Sword marked on the blate with "Crowned Austrian double Headed Eagle" and inscription "Vivat Ertz Herzog Joseph". ArchDuke Joseph was a Palatine of Hungary (Viceroy) 1796-1847, so this will place the sword to begining of XIX century and looking on the brass handle, probably around Napoleonic Wars. 2" wide and 29" long curved blade has no rust or pitting just nice patina in the groves. Averall 34" long. Blade is heavy, quite sharp and looks like dangerous weapon. Wonderfuly preserved in original condition.
