This type of sword evolved in Hungary around mid of 19th century ("Nations Spring" of 1848 uprising around Europe). It became known as "Juristic Sword". Curved blade in Hussar style decorated with panoply of arms, Hungarian Crest on one side and panoply of arms on the other. Steel handle and "S" shape crossguard with Hungarian Crest in the middle.
Condition: Blade covered with nice patina and it has few combat nicks on it's cutting edge. Hilt and crossguard also covered with patina. No rust or pitting. Nothing cleaned or improved. Everything could be cleaned and polished if desired but it will loose the authentic look.
