Italian M.1891 Mannlicher Carcano Bayonet. Standard Italian bayonet in both World Wars. Made by "C. Gnutti" as indicated by markings on the blade. Single edged blade. Compleate with a steel-mounted leather scabbard and green color leather frog. The scabbard displays a date "1941". Condition: Very good, some light patina on metal. The wooden grips are in fine condition, the leather scabbard shows cracks and some repairs - glue. The stitching is coming apart. (Janzen p. 123/1).
